They source coffees from farmers around the world and tailor each roast to highlight the bean’s unique character rather than adhering to light or dark categories. Founder Neeraj, an Indian Army officer whose service ended after an injury, turned his passion into a roastery‑café in Jaipur with Manu Singh in 2015. They later expanded with a larger roasting facility and a second café. Using advanced roasting technology, the team educates consumers through manual brew bars and training while working with farmers across India and Africa
