Tariero’s story began in the early 2000s when its founders supplied premium green beans to US specialty roasters. After years abroad they realised Indian blends lacked character, so they returned to found Tariero in 2009. Today the Bangalore‑based roastery focuses on selecting the best beans, roasting them on demand and tailoring the grind and storage. Their expertise across the supply chain and collaborations with master roasters from the US produce Indian coffees with global nuances.
