Tulum Coffee

Inspired by experiences abroad, founder Pallav Haria conceived Tulum Coffee in Brazil, learned the craft in Mexico and founded the roastery in India. Pallav’s love affair with coffee began as an exchange student in São Paulo, where the ritual of brewing with friends made coffee romantic. He later worked at a café in Mérida, Mexico, learning roasting and brewing basics and resolving to start his own brand. After returning to India in 2019 and touring farms and roasters, he launched Tulum Coffee, sharing his passion for coffee culture and connecting people through cups
